Marcy’s Monthly Note - April ‘25

Spring is finally here, and we have so much creativity “blooming” at Collected Maison!

To kick off the month of April (and our first full month of Collected Maison!), we are thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented artist Charissa Owens on April 9th with her debut collection for our collective. From soft-hued framed abstracts, to vibrant magnolias and highly textured hydrangeas, you are sure to love her pieces. And with Mother’s Day coming up, her florals make a perfect gift to brighten the space of a special mom in your life (our Mother’s Day Edit drops on April 14th)! We’ve interviewed the creative artist about the inspiration behind her pieces, how she grows her art collection, and her decorating style. Be sure to read the full article, coming out next week.

With festival and beach season here, we all know that no outfit is complete without the perfect hat. At Collected Maison, we take it a step further with beautifully unique, hand painted hats to elevate your outfit. Easter is right around the corner! We’ve collaborated with artist Anna Walding to carry her precious Easter designs on tabletop acrylic pieces. They are perfect for adding a special touch to Easter baskets or decorating your home for the holiday. The printed designs were originally hand painted and created by Anna to adorn each piece, making them as special as they are beautiful. There’s nothing we love more than a “collected” holiday!

Later on in the month, we’ll also have an inspiring interview with Collected Maison artist Caroline Schneider, who recently renovated her home (look out for her insider tips!), and whose artwork has quickly become a collector favorite. Caroline created beautifully textured, 3D butterfly pieces for Collected Maison that “flew” away to their forever homes on opening day. If you are looking for a large, soft-hued painting for your space, she currently has one remaining piece on our website, “Cinderella Story”, looking for its forever home.
